Most people know me as a chiropractor, educator and business leader, what you may not know about me is that at one time I was a huge skeptic of chiropractic. At the time I was in pre-med preparing for what I was certain would be a career in medicine. I had also created a list of values that were important to me as a doctor and was surprised when a friend looked at the list and said: “that describes a chiropractor, not a medical doctor.”

I was somewhat taken aback, and remained a skeptic until I actually met a chiropractor; as he described the philosophy and science of chiropractic, the more interested and excited I became that there was a healing profession matching my values.

Nina has been part of the development of Vizuri from the very beginning, over 24 years ago. Her extensive knowledge and skills with healthcare are an asset to our patients. Nina is passionate about health and helping patients. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know our patients.

Outside of the office, Nina loves cooking for friends and spending time with her awesome family. She enjoys spending time on Lake Champlain and traveling. If your timing is just right, you'll find her with tap shoes on!

Angela comes to Vizuri with enthusiasm and a desire to make each patient's experience top notch. Her smiling face greets each patient as they walk in the door and she is sure to know their favorite hobbies in no time.

With a passion and zest for life, Angela is a natural fit for the Vizuri Lifestyle.

You will often find Angela enjoying the beautiful Vermont landscape and spending time with friends and family.

As our Lead Chiropractic Assistant, Amber guides patients through their chiropractic experience. She coaches patients through rehabilitation protocol that is prescribed by Dr. Schenck.

Amber comes to Vizuri as a 2014 graduate of the dietetics program at UVM. She is passionate about using nutrition to help the body heal. Amber has received chiropractic care throughout her life and is delighted to now be part of the Vizuri team.

During her leisure time, Amber likes to be outside and enjoys running, hiking and paddling. When the weather doesn't cooperate for outdoor activities, she likes to cook at home and enjoy delicious healthy food.

Being part of healthcare is a comfortable place for Tammy. She thrives on assisting patients, coordinating different aspects of healthcare coverage and finances. Tammy methodically makes her way through the ever-changing sea of insurance criteria and does so with a huge smile and contagious laugh.

Tammy has a delightful family that she cherishes her time. Her four legged friends keep her active and an occasional chocolate keeps her going.
